RE: Point of LawThanks Jordon for posting this.  I was wondering what could be the reason for the "point-of-law" appeal by Vinland.  The point they have raised is, at least, "something" rather that nothing.  I am encouraged by this because if that's all they got the whole thing should be over soon.  The judge will likely decide that the mining maps should and did take precedence over the forestry maps and we'll be done at the provincial level - another few months for Vinland to file and be rejected by the SCoC and we're set to drill in the spring!
