Supreme Court of Canada

Supreme Court of CanadaIn the unlikely event that Vinland would try to take this dispute to the Supreme Court I have done a little research.  I think it's very, very unlikely that the Supreme Court would hear this case since it does not concern a "question of public importance".  That, of course, is my opinion.  The website for the SCoC states that a decision on "Leave" meaning whether or not the court will hear a specific case is rendered on average in 3 months and an actual decision is rendered in 6 months, on average, from when an appeal is heard.  no information is given about the time between giving Leave and actually hearing the appeal.  I have also not been able to find out how long Vinland has to file with the SCoC after losing at the provincial level.
