People continue to watch PCBC. They saw some signs of capitulation on Wednesday, which means that it could be another profitable bounce play. Although PCBC ended in positive territory yesterday, they don’t want to jump in right away; people still want to watch it for a few more days. Volume was about average, which means the rally could be a result of short-covering.
