RE: RE: RE: Scotia say 0.60$ for MAA today (no chaThat's because many analayst were way to optimistic back in 2008....and burned badly...not to mention the shareholders who believed them.....and now the pedulum has swung in the other direction ....and they are now playing their calls much more conservatively....hence the parade of companies across the board that have been beating or blowing away analysis consensus/street estimates over the past year or so.  

So yeah ...they're typically electing to err on the cautious/conservative side and under estimate earnings and SP forecast ....than have their ass*s handed to them yet again.  Can't blame them though...i'd do the same.
