PRIVINVEST HOLDING ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF VENDTEK SYSTEMS INC.
TORONTO, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Privinvest Holding SAL ("Privinvest") announced that it has acquired ownership of an aggregate of 1,029,500 additional common shares of VendTek Systems Inc. ("VendTek"). As a result of the acquisition of the additional common shares, Privinvest now owns and exercises control over an aggregate of 11,080,500 common shares of VendTek, representing approximately 23.41% of the issued and outstanding common shares of VendTek.
The common shares of VendTek were purchased by Privinvest on the TSX Venture Exchange. Privinvest acquired the common shares for investment purposes only. Depending on market and other conditions, Privinvest may from time to time in the future increase or decrease its ownership, control or direction over, or exercise its current rights to acquire, the common shares or other securities of VendTek, through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise.
