I think the main reason why this stock "defies logic" is because it is so thinly traded. It takes very little to drive it up or down. Sure one might argue that the company is under-valued, but if you weigh that against the backdrop of quarter after quarter of losses and unkept promises I think this company is purely a speculative play. The pumpers will continue their delusional hope that the company will win a big US Navy contract, but the dumpers will point back to the performance. I would further speculate that a look under the covers would reveal a company that has been starved down to skin and bone, but I guess we will never know until it either hits a home run or gets bought or finally does what seems to have been on the brink of doing for so long (i.e., tanks). I would not touch this stock unless I was sitting on a terminal watching the bid/ask with my finger on the trigger to sell.
