AGMJim / Scott...  Any chance of an update on what happened at the meeting .. Alot of us gave you our proxies and are wondering what happened..  Did it do any good, how did the votes go and was Scott successful in getting his point across???  Some indication of what happened would be appreciated..  If you don't feel comfortable posting here please inbox me ..
