Voter revolt ,lol .  Management passed what they wanted for good reason.  Lots of  bitching from previous ir group  to no avail .  Neil has a plan and is sticking to it .  Solid Buying from Haywood sec .  This stock will move up slowly and srry  if you thought it was a VSE  pump n dump for a quick $.
