Well ,I'm not a Tanzanian lawyer, but nor am I the member of parliament for the Handeni constituency ,who happens to be the vendor of SOC's ML,as announced in its October 13th news release. I think I'll gamble on Dr Omar Abdhalla Kigoda and the 700,000 shares of SOC he'll receive
as the vendor of the ML.G
