WPX........................................In my opinion the reason the mine may not get built or will not get built for years to come is not about the location as Saskatchewan is potash central in the world or for that matter the depth - as they still plan to solution mine it.....but rather the fact that the price tag is a whopping minimum  $ 2.5 BILLION......again that is BILLION with a B...as opposed to our possible situation in the $ 800 MILLION range....that is MILLION with an M....much more realistic to get done quicker than many, most, or all.
