The mill was gutted already

The mill was gutted alreadyI heard from a friend that the mill Barkervill gold wants to buy was gutted by Imperial Metals when they brought Mt. Polley into production. Does Barkerville know this yet? I think this deal to sell the mill has a good chance of not passing the DD stage.
