Look Communications Announces Director Resignation

TORONTO, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Look Communications Inc. ("Look" orthe "Company") (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) today announced that RobertUlicki has resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Ulicki remains adirector of Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. ("UBS"). Mr. Ulicki joinedthe Look board on July 21, 2010 and has been actively involved in theorderly transition of the new board. Mr. Ulicki informed the Companythat he feels that it is now an opportune time for him to resign, withthe transition now complete.
