RE: RE: RE: RE: Winter Drill Programidleintruder, sorry to take so long responding. Just returned from a short trip.
VGM.L looks interesting. They are producing and have no bank debt or Hedge book so it is less speculative than junior explorers. I must say that I have never ventured off shore from North America/Mexico in my precious metals plays. However, the chart looks good and the company's production is increasing year to year so those are good signs. Also, the fact that Sprott is in it is a good thing as it lends credibility to the enterprise.
At the price you paid it has a shot at becoming a nice winner.
In regard to PZG, I have to tell you how happy I am with this outfit. Talk about a change of pace from our beloved XCAL. The company has been all over the place selling themselves to the investment world. They are going to New York next as the climax of their world tour, setting up for coming news releases. I expect we will see a constant flow of news from Sleeper and the Mexican project over the next year. Quite a change from hearing nothing for months at a time.
It appears to me that we are very close to breaking though $2.00 per share. In looking at the chart, we should quickly fly up to $3.00 per share once we break though. I think the analyst covering PZG may have some credibility as I recently read some comments by him in the Wall Street Journal regarding gold. He is employed by Dahman, Rose the firm who is involved in the current world road trip that is promoting Paramount. His price target for PZG is about $10 a share.
Cheers,
