RE: RE: TD Updated Take on Dispute

RE: RE: TD Updated Take on Dispute
I rely on on numerous different research tools when doing my DD....and maintain sev trading accts w different houses in order to access some of my favourite research tools.  Part of my DD process is looking at what the various analyst at different houses are saying about a particular stock.  And anyone who says they don't do the same... is full of sh*te !!!  :)

My experience is many of the analyst are pretty piss poor....either in their track record...timing...or inabilty to stick their necks out...which often results in them chasing a stock....while a couple others.... actually have a pretty d*mn good track record.  Just as some insiders have a great track record...while other insiders have a horrible track record.   My overwhelming expereience w the TD analyst is that they fall in the pretty damn good category....and in my book...are best in class.  But don't take my word...check it out for yourself....or not.

My guess is a lot of other good folks out there share the same sentiment....as often when TD analyst make a significant call on a particular stock....just like the BNN effect...you'll often see the TD effect move the particular stock almost immediately up or down....just as it did with CAN!!!  They increase CAN to spec buy with 12 month price target to $6....and to the moon Alice! ...or kingyahoooooo!

So, again...analyst viewpoints represent just one of the many DD tools out there....and relatively speaking....i've found the TD boys/gals track record has been pretty bang on.  So when they speak....i take note  :)

Happy trading and GLTA longs!

PS.  Don't work for TD....and only maintain one tinyl acct w them...simply so i can access their research tools ...but don't tell them that :)
