my posting

my postingI read a comment that all of my posts were gone - why would anyone feel it necessary to remove my comments?

I never write on these chat boards - as you can see i just signed up in late october and the soc/can is the only stock i comment on.  I also will not comment daily - when i am in my office have time, i will write if necessary.  When i am traveling i will not post.

In response to several earlier comments i will offer the following:

- someone mentioned all new management guys purchase large stock positions
This is not true in the junior game - most new board members or consultants are given incentive stock options that enable them to purchase shares at a set price (usually low) for an extended period of time.
SOC brought on new management and they purchased very large positions of soc between
.25 and
.51 (cheap stock i would agree......but they purchased the shares - this tells me they know something) and expect the shares to trade higher.
i think the 3 new directors purchased over 4 million shares !

-someone commented on SOC going up and down on small volume - i completely agree.  This is being played by more retail investors than institutional.  If the map shows the land is within the discovery zone - i think the instituions will give soc a better look

- i am not "bashing" canaco - they have done a great job in acquiring a large land position, performing and having a successful exploration program, they have found a few bars of gold, they have created interest from the institutional market players, and they have been successful in raising a bunch of money at a high valuation
In fact, i am hopeful that i will become a Canaco shareholder through the settlement of the land.

WE all agree that the map is a critical piece of the puzzle that we all need to allow us to make good investment decisions.
