Now we have all read it but what is not there is what & where has the company done since then Is the company planning a consolidation to raise the money they will need, This is clearly not stated in the md & a & is what investors want to know.

Why can't management hold their noses & say we stink but this is what we need & will do to turn the company around. This special meeting will take place in the middle of tax selling season. Great timing if you want the SP to tank even further.

Now management get off you duffs & tell SH's want they want to know not just say read an outdated MD & A, Now i'm as mad as management !
