Thanks for the compliments - I try to stay balanced.  I will stand by the April 1st date and may even be willing to make the wager interesting by backing it up with a nice bottle of Irish Whiskey or a bottle of Bourbon if you're up for it (assuming we can agree on the terms!).  Now, about this delay; I don't think you get credit for calling this one.  Something like this would fall into the category of "Act-of-God".  I think if there was some sort of legal or procedural delay I could back you up and say "twopie called it" but if the courthouse burns down the day before the heating - no credit, you see the difference?
