There's lots of miners need money...Doesn't FR just go down the list and pick the next company on the list?
What's the big problem? It cost them nothing (but time) and they still have the money in the bank...

I'm actually quite happy for the decision...They were going to wipe out a good trout lake. Maybe next time they'll go after something a little less environmentally stupid!
