JMHO, but PKP is pretty brutal as far as updating shareholders to current status, unless there is no current status.
Then again, if I was in dealings to sell the High Kelly rig, I'd be on the QT as well.
THAT will be a positive day and a worthy news release. Must be demand out their in OIL land.
Maybe the ASKING price is not in line with the market for such hardware. Doing the DD . .
