there is a tremendous amount of criteria to be covered before any decision regarding permitting can be made.this is where our management team will show there true worth.at first reading it does not seem possible to gather all the information required by northern affairs canada in time for a decision to be made in march 2011.so without making excuses for anyone , we must  realistically   expect many delays  after that date.thanks for the informative post Suddenplans,goes along way to showing us what this project is up against. all these hurdles can be overcome it just takes time, a lot of time in some cases.hope for the best.!
