To me, NR was actually good one.
Then why the heck sp droped???

HPY only has 30million total issued shares and about 60% shares are holding by major shareholders.
that leaves only 12million shares for retail investors to trade. 
tight share structure isn't always good unless the company wants to sell its property.

plus
many of us believe the true value of HPY should be way higher than 40cents, which the strong belief motivates current shareholders to hold their share. I am dispointed by today's trading volume too.
BUT the simple fact of stock is 'no sell, then no go'

i am hoping to see upcoming NR is way more impact than previous, good enough to attract some big players out there.
