CAMBRIDGE – Emergency crews were called out to an explosion inside a Cambridge building early this morning.
The explosion was reported just before 4 a.m. at25 Cherry Blossom Road. The building is believed to be the old Stack A Shelf business that was recently purchased by RIM. At the time of the explosion, renovations were being conducted on the building.
No one was injured. The building’s internal sprinkler system was able to put out most of the fire that started from the explosion.
