RE: more anger than valid discussion on CAN boardYou left out a few key points:
1. soc does have ownership on the 7.2 hectares in the discovery zone through a valid option agreement.
Nobody knows exactly where the land is located not exactly a small bit of information to leave out.
2. If soc's ML was invalid in any way, the Minister would have put an end to this situation at the joint meeting on October 28th.
We all know they have roghts to the land but the imoprtant points are left out where is it and what is on that land if anything.
3. soc has put together a very strong and experienced management team - strength in mining, legal, building business and in finance
The owners of the company have very little experience and board of directors are more figure ehads then anything else.
4. the new soc managment team would have had the opportunity to review all of the "facts" available from the sonora camp and the government of Tanzania - based on that information they now own in excess of 5 million shares of soc. Even at
.25 to
.51 - that is a sizable investment.
There is no doubt insiders are here like parasites to take advantage of CAN, the major question is how much are they really going to be able to get.
5. soc has made several attempts to contact Canaco regarding the situation starting on July 30th. Canaco has not responded to any of these attemps. The government of Tanzania wants a deal to be done so CAN owns the property and the deposit can be explanded and mined. Why is Canaco not being more open to discussions? Maybe these discussion are ongoing? Why is Canaco not releasing any results?
Nobody knows exactly what transpired this is simply SOC version of things and this company is not exactly ethical to say the least in how this has been dealt with.
6. Although this tiny yet mighty 7.2 hectares is the focus of most of our attention, soc has a second much larger, explored land position in Tanzania.
There has been absolutely no result shown for this land yet and at the end of the day if this does not work out for SOC there true value is 8 cents. Good luck in investing in a compnay where you have no idea where the land is exactly and no idea of its worth and the company has nothing else proven. That is called a real risk compared to CAN which will have a mine and has proven results.
