Future Value of PBGI've been trying to sort this out in my mind, Moe$$.
I see much of PBG's value lying in PMG. So when PMG is gone what is the value of PBG? Hmmmm.....
I hope I'm wrong and that PBG shares maintain a high value, as I own a bunch of them. Until this recent announcement though the market hasn't seemed to much like any of the Petro "family." Not sure why, I think overall it is a great company. Hopefully the spinout will help all segments in the near future.
Cheers, Arnold

As noted in the press release PBG shareholders are to receive .62 of a share of NEW PMG for each PBG share held. Also it states that PBG shareholders will receive a new PBG share to replace the old one ... soooo.. the key will be what value the new PBG shares will have when allocated - if its less the value of the PMG shares received it might be a zero sum game?? Other than of course the price appreciation the stock seems to be acheiving since the announcement.
I sure hope the new PBG shares stay where they are for value, cause that would be a great windfall if PBG shareholders received the NEW PMG shares at a premium to the trading value of PBG shares!!
Here's hoping!!!
