RE: RE: RE: JJ's wagerOk, I don't think it's getting murky - we've just got to define the wager, that's all.  Five months eh?  I think the fairest way to run the clock is like it's done in a chess match - the clock stops when some act-of-God type of delay occurs (like a bad tooth or court date canceled due to a winter storm) but you know what, I'm so confident that this will be completely done that I'll take the April 1st date and that includes any SCoC application but with one priviso; if it's all done by February 1st, you pay double.  Do you accept that?
