RE: Sitting in the 80 cent range............

RE: Sitting in the 80 cent range............Can someone please post a link to where it says institution will not buy a stock unless it's over a dollar?
As far as I know this is a urban myth and institutions look more at Market Cap then share price. In addition non operating mines are on the TSX and worth less than a dollar (see SGF) Do you think institutions didn't buy SIRI when it hit
.05 2 years ago? Or OPC when it hit
.60?
Obviously a lot of stocks will be overlooked by there market cap but not there share price. Institutions are in the business of making money. Smart business looks at all angles. The only places CUU isn't selling is in pre-packaged funds, (if it is not in bulk) and imo will never be. We will be sold long before a fund manager includes Copper Fox.
A friend of mine is new to investing and I've told him to stay away from Juniors until she can properly asses her investments but does anyone know if there is a managed fund which does include juniors? Would be a nice angle for her to start with.
