RE: PAINTING THE TAPESmall potatoes.  In 4 days over 35 million shares traded after the NCI released results the second test.  On day of the NR trading started at 30 cents and it took 18 million shares to drive it down to 19.   Nobody asked the OSC to find out where all those shares came from.
