share buyback etc ....

share buyback etc ....anyone following this one?   It came up on my oversold radar when it got below 13.15.  I see there was a press release in October that they are going to buy back 300,000 shares.  popped back up to 13.50 today, but on very small volume at end of the session.   Opinions anyone  ?
