RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: PrognozI doubt they would have gone the route of bankruptcy if Severstal didn't know the answer.  My guess is that Severstal and Mordashov probably pay the rent cheques of many judges in russia.
The only way that they would emerge from the legal proceedings without Prognoz, is if it mysteriously appeared under a Nord Gold balance sheet.
