RE: Sangold subsiduary

RE: Sangold subsiduaryI think Dale signed an agreement to go 50/50 on exploration costs, read drilling program, with SXR.

Also the deal with SKP obligates Dale to drill on thier property, which is not unusual since Dale wrote it.

Dale collects approx 1 ml in compensation annually from SGR.

I cannot find out as yet how big his drilling company has become as info on this seems to be hard to find, and I cannot imagine why.

How many "flow through shares" has Dale allowed San Gold to be given away and then purchased himself only to be used by him and his drilling company the only one used by sgr?
Does this company need to issue flow through shares?  They seem to be able to raise money issusing shares that are not, read 80ml recently.  SGR is 100ml plus in debt, 180 comes to mind, and these flow through shares are killing shareholders.  Will need more money soon as drilling increases and I assure you it will be a record drilling year.

Dale wants it all, all, all, allllllllllllllll.

Drill baby drillllllllllll.
