Strategic option

As the trial date creeps up, I wouldn't be surprised if Wi-Lan states another licensing agreement with a company not involved with the ligitation process. Something along those lines will reemphasize that Wi-Lan's IP is valid and that they are willing to settle for fair and resonable rates. Question is who isn't on the list that would be relevant?
