If you have the PDF file on your own computer, you may  have to s

"send" it to the internet first by ;

1)   Open a new message

2)   Find your PDF file on your computer and right-click it for the menu.

3)   Click on "Open with Internet Explorer"  ( This up-loads your file to the internet).

 

4)   Then follow HARJAY's instructions on the opened file.

I ran into this once in trying to post some maps I had on file.  They would show up on the post "preview" and on MY compuiter, but did not appear on the public post ! ???   Perhaps some one skilled in the computer world can outline some better instructions here???  Thanks.
