Prob...just remember BXi's propensity to miss stated dates, So don't get fixated on the November 15th date. They said continuous production to start the Week of November 15th to 19th, so the NR may in fact not come until the week of November 22-26. Regardless, by the end of the month, I'd say continuous production is a given and a no-brainer.
