RE: RE: HudBay plans to buy them out......Is the offer on the table;? Rumor, Opinion . At what price??. Perhaps, Yes; something must be in the works, insiders have been granted the .45 cents options, National Bank appears to be accumulating a lot of stock.

What is your opinion on Joe Dwek Management's role and association in HLO ??? Joe  holds a lot of HLO's stock.

Sometime ago I saw a posting in Stockhouse related to Joe Dwek as being a pumper and dumper and its related to what he did to Dianor Resources (DOR) recently, dumpeded alot of his stock while DOR was trying to negociate for a major financing to purchase a mill, causing stop to the financing and putting DOR on Hold. 

In your opinion is Joe Dwek a positive or negative association with HALO for the shareholders. As a result of what I read about Joe on a few negative postings ( I placed Joe on my radar screen); perhaps I should not pay attention to opinions  or rumors about Dwek. 
Any opinions??
