RE: RE: retard now

RE: RE: retard nowThe difference between the SOC and CAN posters is that the SOC posters try to present reasonable scenarios and issues and the CAN posters respond with obscenities, abuse, a lack of reasoned response and closed minds. That situation should worsen when they find out just how much CAN is going to have to give SOC for their 20% of the Magambazi deposit. Unfortunately for them, SOC's land  causes huge difficulties for them for development of a mine as was recognized by the Commissioner. The Minister of Mining, Commissioner and Claimholder/MP will eventually have to meet and pick a number to present to CAN management as an arbitrated award. Unfortunately, SOC, CAN and the Chinese will not be invited to that meeting. CAN's problem is that they  do not know what that amount will be. May i suggest $50 Mm would be a very reasonable sum for CAN to pay as they run a large risk of  the arbitrated amount being in excess of that. Should the arbitration award be larger than $50 MM, CAN shareholders will rightfully be outraged at CAN  management for failing to settle for the $50 MM.
As a future CAN shareholder, i sincerely hope that they find a lot of gold on the adjoining Killendi claim area to go along with the Magambazi reserves. As there already is a ML on the SOC claim, it may be to their advantage to start mining that land first to give them cash flow for further exploration.

Nobody Knows what goes on behind closed doors? True, but some will find out sooner than others. Remember, SOC knew  about their ML claim long before CAN knew about it. And rather than deal with it, CAN went to the mattresses which was a tactical error.
