Plato Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:PGC) ("Plato" or the "Company") an exploration company with a portfolio of properties in significant gold mining camps in Northern Ontario, Northern Québec, and Santa Cruz, Argentina is pleased to announce that in accordance with the Corporation's stock option plan, the board of directors at its November 7, 2010 meeting, have approved the grant of options to acquire a total of 300,000 common shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of
.10 per share to one of the Corporation's directors. The stock options are vested on date of the grant and expiring ten years from date of the grant. The Corporation currently has 103,175,117 shares outstanding.
