They may not want to pay anymore then a 1.05-1.15 per share. So to get the price they want they just have to kill any rising share price and dump 50,000-200,000 shares every few days over a 10-15 day period so they get the average they want. Western Wind management won't care because they just want the money from the equity financing. Oh and look who just popped up on the ask at a 1.10. Selling their infinite share amount starting with 3,700 shares.... it's Mackie Research!
