(TSXVENTURE:KLS) have entered into a five-year Joint Marketing andDevelopment Agreement to manufacture and market Kelso's patented JSSRV line of pressure relief valves. The Agreement encompasses allaspects of valve development and manufacturing, as well as marketing,technical support, and service.

More financing needed!!! I guess that's why there's a 5% drop in the price today!!
