RE: RE: RE: Swisher Hygiene Acquires Gateway ProClHi, Brevis: I'm a former Cool shareholder from the old bust/boom/bust years and am still trying to get a handle on the new Swisher.  I accept what you have to say on the purchase deal and, at face value, I would agree that buying that kind of revenue for that kind of price appears favourable. What is not known, of course, is whether the former private companies – or the new, public Swisher – can be profitable on these buyout terms. Again, at face value, I can't yet see where the integration "synergies" – hate that word! – might lie with such disparate properties in widely-spread communities. That is to say, how can they whack bodies to make these takeouts sing. Anyway, these are just idle reflections on my part – I want to buy Swisher, but I still don't have a solid grip re: what we're looking at. Having said that, I don't want to try to catch the boat after it's left the harbour either!! Cheers. aclcmc
