I think there's some upside
I think there's some upsidein PBN. At the end of Q2 the company was producing 42000 boe/d. Their October presentation the says they'll drill 200 wells in the second half of 2010. If one assumes the average new well will produce a very conservative100 boe/d, they'll increase production by 20,000 boe/d.
Even if If the base production declines an astounding 20% PBN's production will have very significant growth by the end of the year. I don't think that growth is built into the share price now ($23), and that when the numbers are published, the stock price will go up significantly.
Whadya think?
