One " Agri" guy

One " Agri" guy Firstly I'm not into  dilution ,  but this will happen until a company is cash flow positive. Secondly, The ongoing project part means to me, the buyout  deal is on the way back burner. Fine, as most times it's for pennies above our current SP ,which is already  a victim of the '08 "loan meltdown" .The management has not proven to be well versed in developing a Canadian Company (TSX !) with respect to shareholders and has delayed the mandate of a development stage Canadian Company, for a " lucrative Deal" ( collecting a lucrative salary for months.) .. More disclosure is always better and has been disappointing here, to say the least. Their only hope is if they explain with their "best effort" to do it the old fashioned way ,like work for it ,  like a new development plan from a new mgmt. Team? Lastly,  Man up Maa !,  you got some 'splainin' to do before the morning bell ,if not by then >  No more spin,as it's become a vortex.  hope longs get my drift,,,
