Buy on weakness !!!Some of you like Glenfarclas didn't read the NR of 27 Oct. all that well and are drawing the wrong conclusions because of it. It clearly states that they will be in exclusive negociations with Vinci for 45 days, but that definitive agreements are expected to be signed early November. This would suggest between now and the 15nd. There won't be a long silent period and the only reason the shares are under slight pressure is what some would call a closing risk. Don't believe that crap, my sources tell me that large investors are knocking on Vinci's door to get as big a piece of the cake as they can get. Once the definitive agreements are signed we will get a substantial revaluation of the company with massive support coming from institutional investors.
Another catalyst which does not get the attention it deserves is the spike in the tungsten price. Starting 2011 the tungsten assets will probably generate free cash flows between $5 and $10 million annually and this does not include additional tungsten assets in the surrounding area.
Largo is being transformed into a diversified strategic metals mining company with a multi billion dollar market cap and a listing on the Bovespa. With partner Vinci they have the resources, the expertise and the ambition to do it. It won't happen overnight but I can promise you that a few cents up and down in this short transition period we are currently in will be nothing compaired to future moves in the share price. Buy on weakness, you ain't seen nothing yet......
