ok now we have said that
As of a few weeks ago most insiders were new to the board and held no shares.
However under the current company directives Directors and some insiders must hold $100,000 i believe in shares and have three years to meet this requirement.
there were three officers and directors who met the threshold.
the new chief did not have any share at this time.
