Thanks for posting this.  I also think this is is a very strong arguement.  We all believe that the Mary March area was a part of the original AND lands but even if it wasn't the fact that the government gave approval for the exploration should give staking rights, and ownership to Canstar.  Personally, I believe that the low share price represents investors uncertainty about how long it will take for ownership to be established and not about who actually owns the claim.  What I mean is that nobody wants their money to be tied up waiting for ownership to be finalized but when it looks like the thing is actually close to the end we'll see a very fast rise in share price.  I know that Twopie will jump on this and say that the low share price shows most investors do not feel that we are close to the end - I think a lot of people are watching the action from the sidelines and are hoping that they can hop on quickly when things break.  I think a lot of people are going to be caught with their pants down.
