Misstep. We'll see how the market reacts, I'm tempted to lighten up while still in the black. Regardless of how its interpreted, one thing is clear. More shares = less profit per share potential = worse risk/reward ratio = less attractive stock.

Positive thing is that they will be in a better cash position, which is always a good thing. I have to wonder though if a simple loan at outrageous percentage would have been better than this deal.

Long term I think this one is a winner, but I think it just became slightly longer term than before.
