Its activities are conducted in Pakistan through its subsidiaries, Spud Energy Pty Limited (SEPL) and Frontier Holdings Limited (FHL). The Company operates through two segments: oil and gas operations in Pakistan (Pakistan) and corporate activities in Canada (Canada). The Pakistan segment is primarily focused on the sale of petroleum products in Pakistan. The Canada segment does not have any revenue-generating operations. The Company’s area of operations/assets include Badin IV North, Badin IV South, Guddu, Kandra Exploration, Nareli, Sara Suri, Zamzama North, and Zarghun South. The Company’s Zarghun South Lease is located in the province of Baluchistan. SEPL has operated working interests in two leases and non-operated working interests in three leases, four gas fields and three exploration licenses.
