GladiusMe thinks this all has to do with the LTE patents. Clearly WiLan can't afford getting them sooooo partner up
and reduce the legal liability in owning/prosecuting.

Why didn't anyone ask if indeed the new company was related to the LTE portfolio belonging to Nortel. LMAO.
