RE: RE: NEWS ... our holding PNPDon't be so quick to knock Pinetree. It's structure is probably more transparent than Aberdeen is. I hold sizeable positions in both and at least with Pinetree, you know what is in their holdings. They have more leverage to the juniors and will move up and down more than Aberdeen but with the Federal Reserve pushing QE2 there is little in the way of gold moving higher and the juniors coming along for a ride.
I wouldn't be shorting the S&P with TZA as this bull market will be hard to stop. Any pull back is met with plenty of buying.
By the way, Dines hasn't covered or been involved with Pinetree for over 3 years now. Get your facts straight. You Obviously got burned by them in 2007 with their fall from grace but reality is that everything got washed out and we are starting from a fresh start. Sheldon is well connected and well diversified with Pinetree in all areas of resources.
