So good old psoitive with all his phone calls to ACT and all of his willingness to keep of all informed knew this all the time.  Who is the we as in

"we already knew a long timne ago?"

Yes you should definately listen to the CEO and at least get 2 cents for ACT 

This explains why no sales as the big companies have gone with what the companiess want, maybe not the best but compiance at the least cost.

Knew it all along did ya?  Knew it a long time ago did ya?  

I would not bet on them being able to raise money at all given this.  Puts a new picture on that special meeting.

The analogy with Silver Birch was very astute as that caught me totally off quard as well.  I still follow that ongoing story as it is not completely over except for share holders but interesting.

So tell us "positive" all you know from those many phone calls what is the special meeting about?

Isn't it nice to have him know so much after I continually asked it on this board and never got an answer?  But knew it as soon as I posted it.

Listen to the CEO as he says.  2 cents is better than none?
