Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: News - Permit !!!

RE: RE: News - Permit !!!"Those might say that eodway had insider info, should be in trouble, blah, blah, blah.

The fact of the matter is, if anyone took the time to contact PCY and ask whether there is a grand opening ceremony on Nov 20 in the past week, PCY would have confirmed it.

Is this info that PCY should have issued in a NR?  Maybe maybe not.  I am not 100% sure.

It's as simple as that."

Speed, it's not really that simple, and although the news is good, it puts a dark cloud over things, IMO.

You just can't give out information like grand openings when the permit hasn't been received, and if it was received it should have been made public in a news release November 9th, not 2 days later.

I'm a bit weary about how things have transpired.  This may be just simple to you, and it may just be simple, but simply what?  To me it's simply borderline.  JMHO
